IDEALIST, REALIST, FILANTROPIST – ELLER PENSIONIST?
Anne Mette is trained as an urban designer and holds a ph.d in urban transformation from Aarhus School of Architecture. Throughout her career she has consciously blended research, teaching and practice. A long with teaching and research at the Aarhus School of Architecture (2012-2020). Alongside this Anne Mette has been engaged internationally as a visiting scholar at Columbia University, New York and as a critic at various schools of architecture and from 2017-2021 board member The Danish Foundation for Culture and Sports Facilities. From January 2021, Anne Mette took on the position of Chief City Architect in Aarhus Municipality.
