CAN LIS \u2013 THREE PAMPHLETS ABOUT J\u00d8RN UTZON\u2019S HOLIDAY HOME IN MAJORCA<\/strong><\/h1>\nA publication by Aida Espanyol Vilanova, Lars Holt, Rasmus Gr\u00f8nb\u00e6k Hansen, Gerard Reinmuth and Niels Nygaard<\/h4>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/main><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>In 2012 and 2013 a group of teachers from Aarhus School of Architecture visited J\u00f8rn Utzon\u2019s holiday home Can Lis in Majorca. This visit has resulted in three pamphlets in the\u00a0Arkipelaget\u00a0<\/em>series.<\/p>\nThe first pamphlet,\u00a0Essays, <\/em>includes five\u00a0essays by the authors.<\/p>\nThe second pamphlet, I<\/em>nterviews,\u00a0<\/em>contains interviews with Kim, Jan and Lin Utzon, children of J\u00f8rn Utzon. The interviews are supplemented with photos from Can Lis by Torben Eskerod.<\/p>\nThe third pamphlet is entitled Bagatelles<\/em> and is based on registrations of irregularities in the house. The registrations were made during the visits in 2012 and 2013, and give, according to the authors, rise to a different interpretation of Can Lis and of the entire way we understand the work of J\u00f8rn Utzon.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n
