Spatial Transformations<\/strong><\/h1>\nThe Hybrid And The Compact As Architectural Concepts<\/h4>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/main><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>This publication contains a discussion of the hybrid and the compact as architectural concepts. It is based on a studio course at the Aarhus School of Architecture, during which analyses and transformations of two of Le Corbusier\u2019s projects provided a starting point for\u00a0specific design projects.\u00a0The course identified the two concepts as tangible spatial and sensate categories that qualify architecture as an accommodating and thus fundamentally habitable structure.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>
