Enlai Hooi (AU) is Head of Innovation at SHL, where he has led the firm\u2019s innovation and sustainability efforts since 2020. <\/span><\/p>\n

He has directed research within transformation and serves as the national delegate for Denmark in HouseEurope!, an EU NGO advocating adaptive reuse and the prevention of demolition. Since 2023, Enlai has spearheaded the development of Pre:view, an AI tool that assesses the transformation potential of vacant buildings by integrating regulations, zoning, and spatial data into building analyses. In his role, he also collaborates with Perkins&Will to drive thinking in adaptive reuse, circular construction, material health, and change management, ensuring sustainability is embedded throughout all project phases.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>
