For the second time, Aarhus School of Architecture invites practice, the industry and architecture lovers to a one-day festival to discuss architecture from a wide range of perspectives in the company of the school’s students, teachers, and researchers.
WHAT IS OPEN ARCHITECTURE DAY?
Open Architecture Day is a one-day architecture festival at Aarhus School of Architecture with keynotes, critical debates, and exhibitions on the built environment from a sustainable perspective. Through discussions, panel debates, and 360° Round Talks we will go beyond the glossy images of architecture and explore the field from behind the scenes.
This year’s theme at Open Architecture Day is Behind the Scenes. The curated programme seeks to broaden our perception of current and future sustainable architecture, bearing witness to the shady and hidden, as well as the bright and visible sides of architectural practice.
