Exemptions
In some cases, it is possible for students to apply for an exemption from the academic regulations and the ministerial order. Exemptions are mainly granted in the event of “exceptional circumstances”. “Exceptional circumstances” typically refer to a suddenly occurring situation such as own illness, pregnancy with complications, serious illness, death in the immediate family, or force majeure.
As a student, you can also complain about legal matters in relations to a specific decision made by the school.
