The authors of accepted abstracts can now proceed to submit their full contributions for the Paper, Poster, and Explorative Practice Presentation categories. Full submissions must be in English and must adhere to the instructions outlined below and in the templates provided for each category. Submissions should represent original work, describing research or practices that have not been previously published or are not currently under review by another conference or journal.
Full submissions for Papers and Explorative Practice Presentations will undergo a double-blind peer review process. To facilitate this review, authors must ensure that their manuscripts do not reveal their identities. Poster presentations will not undergo additional peer review but will be accepted if they adhere to the provided guidelines. These guidelines are strict, and submissions failing to comply will be rejected without consideration of their merits.
Submission implies the commitment of at least one author to register, attend the conference, and present the paper in English, the official language of the conference. Registration is mandatory for conference participation and inclusion in the Conference Proceedings.
Authors will be required to agree to a limited non-exclusive license, allowing the conference to publish their original work in open access while retaining copyright with the author.

The deadline for submission is January 31, 2024.
