Interior Architecture or Interior Design (technical focus)

We are looking for a strongly international technical profile able to translate design intent into
precise, manufacturable and installable solutions for bespoke interiors and furniture products.

EDUCATIONAL PATH:
– Industrial / Product Design Engineering, with strong technical and manufacturing content.
– Interior Architecture or Interior Design with a technical, executive and construction-oriented focus.
– Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
– Furniture Design / Engineering, Wood Technology or furniture and interior manufacturing.
– Architecture with strong construction technology, detailing, materials and fabrication coursework.

INTERNATIONAL PROFILE
– Fluent professional English at minimum C1 level; Italian language is not required.
– Demonstrated ability to work across cultures through international study, exchange programmes, internships
or project experience.
– Comfort collaborating with designers, engineers, suppliers, production teams and installation teams in an
international environment.
– Existing authorisation to work in Italy remains required for the internship.

SPECIFIC TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
– 2D technical drawings, executive details, dimensions, tolerances, sections, interfaces and revision control.
– SolidWorks parts and assemblies, with the ability to organise components and translate geometry into production-ready
information.
– Bills of materials (BOM), material and finish schedules, component coding and basic production documentation.
– Manufacturing constraints, joinery / fixing logic, prototyping, mock-ups, assembly sequences and
design-for-manufacture thinking.
– Materials relevant to high-end interiors: wood, veneers, metals, stone, glass, leather, textiles, upholstery and specialist
finishes.
– Installation and site thinking: dimensional verification, interface management, technical modifications and practical
problem-solving.
– Adherence to established processes, standards and approved models / templates available in the company library.
