We are looking for a strongly international profile able to combine business judgement, design sensitivity and professional communication in a high-end B2B environment.
EDUCATIONAL PATH
Current Master’s student or recent graduate from an international university, preferably with a Bachelor’s and/
or Master’s path completed outside Italy. Relevant academic backgrounds include:
– International Business, International Management, Business Administration or Strategic Management.
– Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Luxury Management or Luxury Brand Management.
– Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design or Built Environment, with a clear commercial
orientation.
– Product Design, Industrial Design or Design Management, ideally combined with business, strategy or
market-development coursework.
INTERNATIONAL PROFILE
– Fluent professional English at minimum C1 level; (italian language not required)
– Asian second language such as Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese and Hindi are a strong plus, reflecting Rossato’s objective to develop its presence and commercial activity across Asian markets.
– Demonstrated ability to work across cultures through international study, exchange programmes, internships or
project experience.
– Comfort engaging with sophisticated international clients, design professionals and decision-makers.
– Existing authorisation to work in Italy remains required for the internship.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
– International B2B business development: target mapping, account research, prospect qualification and salesfunnel logic.
– Luxury, contract, furniture and high-end interiors markets, including the roles of architects, interior designers,
developers, general contractors, dealers, hospitality groups, luxury brands and private clients.
– Competitive analysis, market positioning, benchmarking, customer segmentation and preparation of concise
business cases.
– Basic understanding of bespoke interiors, product collections, materials, finishes, customisation and project-based procurement.
– Professional use of PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and business research databases is an advantage.
