Caroline Bessermann (DK) has been active in the Den Grønne Ungdomsbevægelse (Green Youth Movement) since 2020. She has also previously been a political advisor for Klimabevægelsen (Climate Movement).

She is currently studying climate change at the University of Copenhagen and working at Mellemfolkeligt Samvirke (ActionAid Denmark) to persuade banks and pension companies to stop investing in coal, oil, and gas. Through her political activism, studies, and work, she has helped shape the Danish climate debate and has gained extensive knowledge of all its aspects.
