We are excited to announce that from the 24th – 28th of August, 2026 the Aarhus School of Architecture hosts the ROB|ARCH2026 conference, which is a biannual conference that is in its 6th installment.

ROB|ARCH combines both hands-on workshops and an academic conference. The conference begins with a 3-day workshop, which will unfold in the state-of-the-art facilities at the school. Following the workshop is a two-day conference that brings together leading researchers within the field of robotics in arts, architecture and design.

The conference theme ‘Detangling Dependencies’, seeks contributions that questions and address the future role of robots and technology’s with regards to resource and material practices. Read more about the theme (external link).
