Signe Wenneberg (DK) is a journalist, speaker, and board member working at the intersection of culture and climate. She runs her own independent media outlet, Den lille grønne avis (“The Little Green Newspaper”), which has gained wide recognition and readership in Denmark.

For more than three decades, Wenneberg has written about food culture, animal welfare, climate, the environment, sustainability, and built heritage. In recent years, she has focused on how architecture, demolition, and new construction contribute significantly to climate impact. Her writing is both activist and accessible, addressing complex topics such as “safe operating space,” the Planetary Boundaries, and the green transition. The Green Newspaper is published via her new website, newsletter, and Instagram.
