During her 23 years at FLSmidth, Bodil has worked on improving energy and process efficiencies on most of FLSmidth’s equipment. Initially in the process control and optimization part of the business building modelling and online advanced process control solution for cement and mining processes and equipment moving the target for how sustained optimization can be achieved in practice. From the digital solutions she has moved to mechanical and process related solution focusing on solutions that can decarbonize the cement industry. In her current role as Head of Green Innovation her objective is to get accelerate moving the new green technology into commercial offerings to enable carbon neutral cement operation.
