Job creation through innovation and intrapreneurship
The InnoPreneur initiative focuses on job creation for graduates; creating value and business development through innovative collaborations with companies. The process unfolds as a collaboration between the graduate and the company; intra-preneurship and flexible engagement create optimal conditions for a long-term collaboration.
The InnoPreneur format 3+3 has been developed in collaboration with JobCenter Aarhus and Talent Match.
FIRST PART | 3 MONTHS
The job-seeking architect joins an innovation project for 13 weeks (corresponding to course participation at the unemployment benefit rate). During the first part, courses and feedback is provided by Talent Match.
SECOND PART | 3 MONTHS
If both the graduate and the company agree to continue the collaboration, the architect is employed with a wage subsidy for the following 3 months.
