Did you know that as a student at Aarhus School of Architecture you can get free counselling from the Student Counselling Service?
This is your opportunity to discuss study-related challenges with a counsellor. Perhaps you need to discuss specific challenges you are experiencing as part of your studies, or you are feeling stressed, or want advice on presentations or exams. It could also be that you want to discuss something completely different that affects your well-being as a student.
The school’s students can talk with The Student Counselling Service Thursday between 8.00 and 16.00. Sessions take place at the school, in Room 8104, on the ground floor of Paradisgade.
How does it work?
The counselling is the result of a collaboration between the Student Counselling Service and the school. This means that as a student at the school you bypass the regular waiting list.
You can book an appointment for a session with the Student Counselling Service (Monday to Friday, between 9.00 and 12.00) by calling 70 26 75 00. For the time being, the sessions will be running until December 2020
You can also show up during opening hours for a short conversation. Even if you do not have an appointment. You may, however, have to wait for an ongoing interview to end.
Psychologist Camilla Holmgaard Johnsen from the Student Counselling Service handles the counselling in the period 23 April – 5 August 2021, while psychologist Sebastian Dinesen Jensen is on maternity leave.
