Cecilia Puga (CL) is a renowned Chilean architect, recognized for a body of work that weaves together the contemporary and the historical, craftsmanship and conceptual thinking, the material and the symbolic. She graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (1990) and pursued further studies in the History and Restoration of Monuments at the Università La Sapienza in Rome. Since 1995, she has led her own practice in Santiago, developing an architecture deeply rooted in place.

Among her most acclaimed works are the House in Bahía Azul, the Vaulted House in Los Vilos, and the restoration of the Palacio Pereira in Santiago. She has taught at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and has been a visiting professor at institutions such as Harvard GSD, ETH Zürich, the University of Texas at Austin, and BIArch in Barcelona.

Since 2020, she has served as director of the Museo Chileno de Arte Precolombino, where she has advanced an integrative vision of culture, heritage, and architecture.
