Mikkel Printz (DK) is an architect MAA and Head of ConTech Lab at Molio. He previously worked at Nordic Office of Architecture/Norconsult and Arkitema, where, over more than ten years, he focused on implementing digital technology in the consulting sector. His work has ranged from teaching and competency development to leading digital strategy with a focus on automation and AI.
At ConTech Lab, he works to develop and scale new digital solutions across the construction industry through practice-oriented projects with companies that are ready and able to innovate. The goal is to support a more sustainable and digital construction sector and ensure that successful solutions extend beyond individual projects to benefit the industry as a whole.
He is currently Chair of Computational Design Network Denmark.

Brugen af kunstig intelligens (AI) og den eksplosive stigning i bygningen af datacentre kommer med en betydelig miljømæssig, infrastrukturel og landskabelig pris. Den enorme efterspørgsel på datakraft presser både forsyningsnettet og ressourcerne. Hvordan håndterer branchen, praksis og uddannelserne den øgede brug af AI? Hvem skal tegne de mange datacentre? Hvor skal de ligge? Og hvilken rolle kommer robotterne, arkitekturens nattergale, til at spille?
