Participation fee and registration

Participation fee (exhibition and symposium): General €300; Independents and PhD students €150.
The registration link will close on January 26th. 2026.

Cancellation Policy

To qualify for a refund, cancellations must be made through the registration link by February 19, 2026. A processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping and insurance

Please note that it is the responsibility of the exhibitors to organize and pay for shipping to and from their own country to and from the exhibition venue in Aarhus.

All works must arrive by March 2nd, 2026, and be picked up or shipped back by April 15th, 2026.
OBS! Update. Works that are exhibited in Aarhus Art Hall will be mounted between February 2nd and 27th. These works must arrive on February 2nd or shortly after.

The exhibitor is responsible for providing and paying for insurance during transportation and exhibition.

Please note that the exhibition is unguarded. Works + Words 2026 Biennale in Artistic Research in Architecture is not responsible for damage to works.
