Filipa Roseta serves as City Councillor for Housing and Municipal Works in Lisbon, Bent Madsen is CEO of BL – the Danish Federation of Non-Profit Housing Providers – and President of Housing Europe, and Mette Mechlenborg is Head of Division and Senior Researcher at BUILD, Aalborg University.
